A dosing syringe is included to accurately measure the amount. It is possible to squirt the liquid directly into the mouth using the dosing syringe. A more hygienic alternative is to use the syringe to squirt the correct amount (carefully!) onto a tablespoon, and then take the liquid with the tablespoon. You may swallow the liquid immediately after ingestion. If desired, you may also hold the drink in your mouth for a moment to allow it to come into direct contact with the oral mucosa (gums), after which you can swallow the drink.Most users find the taste of the drink very accessible. You may eat or drink immediately after taking the drink.- Children 2 - 5 years: take 1 ml twice a day.- Children 6 - 11 years: take 1.5 ml twice a day.- 12 years and older: take 3 ml twice daily, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.
