Composition of Meda Agiolax: 100 grams of granules contain:Plantago ovata seeds 52 gramsPlantago ovata husks 2.2 gramsSenna fruit 6,74-13,15 gramsEquivalent to 300 mg sennosides (calculated as sennoside B)Contains iron oxide (colourant E 172)Usage of Meda Agiolax: Adults for constipation, unless otherwise directed by the doctor, take 1 to 2 measuring spoons (5-10 grams) of Agiolax without chewing with a glass of cold water in the morning before breakfast and the same amount with a warm liquid (e.g. tea) in the evening after dinner. Children 12 years and over: dosage as for adults.Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Do not use long-term without consulting the doctor. DO NOT take Agiolax:A. If you are allergic to any of the active or any of the ingredients of Agiolax.B. When you experience sudden abdominal pain.
